One of the questions I get asked most often is, “how can I manifest what I want, quickly?”

The answer to this is; the more your energy is anchored in the present moment, the more quickly your wish can be made manifest.

A key component in the manifesting process is “being present.” When your energy is anchored in the present moment, you aren’t offering any resistance, and when you don’t resist what you are wanting to manifest, it can find you quickly.

But when you aren’t present and are in your mind, you’re thinking about what went wrong in your past and how long you’ve been wishing for what you want to manifest. You’re also hoping your future will be different and fearing that you wish will never come true.

If your mind is filled with thoughts about past and future, your energy isn’t anchored in the present moment and you’re stopping your wish being made manifest because you are mentally resisting and struggling against its fulfillment.

The quickest way to manifest what you want is to emotionally feel the way that manifested wish would make you feel.

If you want to lose weight and you feel unattractive, heavy and sluggish, you can quickly manifest your ideal weight by feeling beautiful, light and vital.

If you want to have more money and you feel restricted, trapped and depressed because of the lack of it in your life, the quickest way to create a flow of money is to feel abundant, free and happy.

That is why many self-help teachers tell us that we need to feel good to manifest what we want, but it is my experience that many people find this extremely hard to do because it is too much of a “stretch.”

To suddenly feel beautiful, light and vital when you most of your life you’ve been overweight and felt unattractive, heavy and sluggish, is extremely challenging for most people. And, if you’ve lived from paycheck to paycheck most of your life, it is almost impossible to believe you are abundant, happy and free.

For this reason, i tell people to not worry about trying to feel good but to try to be present, because most people find it much easier to observe their thoughts and emotions, instead of change them!

When you are present and not thinking about that life situation that is causing you struggle and heartache, you stop mentally generating thoughts about it. When this happens, you no longer bring past or future to your present moment, and, you are then able to feel peace and joy.

Stepping into the present moment and relinquishing the need to think about the past or future stops negative emotions, and when you stop negative emotions, you feel good, and are then right on track to manifest what you want!
